His journey began at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he developed a deep commitment to service and leadership before being medically retired. He went on to earn his academic degrees at the University of Virginia and the London School of Economics, where he focused on the intersection of healthcare, public policy, and strategic management. He also studied at the University of Oxford, enriching his global perspective on innovation and governance.

These diverse experiences—spanning military service, elite academic training, and public sector engagement—have shaped William’s mission-driven approach to leadership. Today, he leads the company with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient IT solutions to government partners. His work is guided by the same values that have defined his personal and professional journey: service, resilience, and integrity.

Our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of JWL Group, brings a cutting-edge expertise in cybersecurity, software development, and IT infrastructure to the team. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Strahinja earned his degree in Computer Science and Cyber Operations through the NSA-designated Centers of Academic Excellence (NSA-CAE) program—one of the most rigorous technical tracks in the country.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and policy. He has also previously worked at Microsoft and NASA.

With a deep commitment to innovation, security, and public service, Strahinja leads JWL Group’s technical strategy—ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and forward-looking IT solutions for both commercial and government clients.

J.P. is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years of experience delivering tailored technology solutions for the Medical, Dental, and Professional Services industries.

He is the former founder and CEO of Practice Systems Integration, where he built a trusted reputation for implementing high-performance IT systems that met the complex needs of healthcare and small business clients.

Today, J.P. serves as the Managing Director of JWL Group, where he continues his mission of providing secure, reliable, and scalable IT management solutions—now with an expanded focus on government contracting and enterprise-level support. Known for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and deep industry knowledge, JP leads JWL Group with a commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term client partnerships.
