William, the founder of JWL Group, is a Service-Disabled Veteran and mission-driven leader with a background in business operations, technology, and public-sector problem solving. His leadership style is shaped by service in high-accountability environments, Division I athletics, and advanced academic settings.

He began his professional journey at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he competed as a Division I varsity tennis player while developing a strong foundation in leadership, operational planning, and disciplined execution. Despite early desires to commission as a Naval Aviator, William’s path was redirected following a medical retirement - an inflection point that reinforced his commitment to serve in a new capacity beyond uniformed service in the space of government contracting.

William completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and went on to earn a masters degree from the London School of Economics, focusing on business strategy, organizational leadership, and strategic management.

Today, William leads JWL Group with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions to both government and private customers. Drawing on experience across defense, academia, and the public sector, he emphasizes operational excellence, risk management, and mission alignment - ensuring technology investments directly support agency objectives.
